Description
This permanent warehouse leadership role supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, attendance, account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The position manages department resources, promotes a positive team environment, develops employee plans, provides orientation and safety training, and coaches employees. It requires flexible shift availability, physical ability to lift 70 pounds, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment; a bachelor's degree and management experience are preferred. The role also requires U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or authorized work authorization.
