Description
The Dispatch Analyst supports the Package Dispatch Supervisor by analyzing dispatch plans, identifying service failures and exceptions, preparing and updating daily reports, using mapping tools, comparing actual and planned dispatch, maintaining loop analysis, and completing monthly dispatch audits. The role requires Dispatch Planning System and UDC knowledge, Microsoft Office experience, strong planning and organization skills, and familiarity with package flow technologies; a bachelor's degree or international equivalent is preferred. The position is permanent and pays $26.25 to $42.65 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
