The Sales Associate promotes the company’s fashion culture and creates a positive shopping experience by engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, advising on personal style, building brand loyalty, and achieving sales goals. The role also includes store opening and closing, floor setup, ringing up customers, and maintaining a clean store environment. Flexible availability for evenings and weekends is required, along with the ability to perform physical store duties and remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours per day.
