Description
This seasonal warehouse leadership role supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, attendance, account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The position manages department resources, promotes a positive team environment, implements employee development plans, and ensures compliance with safety policies and applicable requirements. It requires flexible shift availability, physical ability to lift 70 pounds, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment; a bachelor's degree or international equivalent and management experience are preferred. The role pays $26.25 to $42.65 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
