Description
The UPS Ramp Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds ramp employees accountable for safety, production, attendance, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role manages department resources, promotes a positive team environment, develops employee plans, provides orientation and safety training, and coaches employees. It requires lifting 70 pounds, flexible shift availability, vehicle-operation eligibility, communication skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position is permanent and pays $26.25 to $42.65 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
