PTC is hiring two PC Refresh Technicians for a fully on-site role in Middletown, Pennsylvania. The position involves inventorying and preparing desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories; applying Windows 11 images through SCCM and Intune; installing software; updating ServiceNow asset records; deploying assets; and assisting with equipment decommissioning. The role requires a high school diploma, basic Windows and imaging knowledge, attention to detail, communication and time-management skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and no overtime, and the stated end date is 12/31/2026.
