The role supports production, quality assurance, and business development by designing processes in the PTO assembly area, managing design changes and project transfers to series production, analyzing customer complaints, implementing customer requirements, and performing engineering calculations and testing. It requires an engineering degree, comparable professional experience, manufacturing-process knowledge, proactive and solution-oriented working style, strong communication skills, and German and English language skills.
