Description
Bayer is hiring a permanent PTP Packaging Operator for its Shiga Plant in Shiga Prefecture. The role performs pharmaceutical packaging manufacturing operations, maintains and changes over equipment, prepares manufacturing records and standard documents, supports GMP and process validations, investigates deviations, and contributes to quality, safety, and efficiency improvements. Applicants should have vocational, high school, technical college, or university education, practical factory operations experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills; pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. The position follows an 08:15–16:45 schedule with a 12:15–13:15 break and offers health and medical support through the Bayer Health Insurance Society, along with other employee benefits.
