Description
McBride is hiring a PTP Transactions Supervisor to lead five PTP Associates in an international FMCG shared-services finance environment. Reporting to the PTP Transactions & Reporting Manager, the role oversees purchase-to-pay workload allocation, supplier invoice and query processing, KPI/SLA and quality performance, financial controls, stakeholder escalations, training, reporting, and continuous improvement using LEAN principles. The position requires people leadership, strong SAP and end-to-end PTP experience, customer service and communication skills, stakeholder relationship management, prioritization, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
