The Hobbled Horse is hiring a Pub Steward to lead front-of-house operations at its new Old English-style dry pub in Springville, Utah. The role combines beverage program development, guest experience, food and beverage service, operations, inventory management, and leadership of front-of-house staff. Candidates need at least five years of hospitality or food-service experience, two years of leadership or supervisory experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, availability for evenings, weekends, and special events, and a Food Handler Permit or ability to obtain one.
