Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead and motivate housekeeping team members at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa, including staffing, training, discipline, scheduling, performance monitoring, work assignment, project tracking, labor management, expense control, and guest and employee communication. The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in housekeeping, janitor services, or facilities cleaning, the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, mobile-device use, and customer-service skills.
