Description
Tidal Basin is hiring a temporary FEMA Public Assistance Technical Specialist to deploy and work onsite at a client’s location in the United States. The role supports applicants through FEMA’s Public Assistance grant process, including recovery scoping, grant application development, financial analysis, project reviews, change-of-scope requests, site inspections, and closeout activities. Candidates need at least three years of FEMA Public Assistance grant-program experience, strong knowledge of the program and Grants Portal or Grants Manager, proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work outdoors and travel by small aircraft, ATV, or other off-road vehicles.
