Description
The PFM Data Analytics Manager will provide analytical and managerial support for public financial management, fiduciary risk, and government-to-government verification activities in Uganda. Reporting to the Director of Data and Information Systems, the role analyzes financial, HRIS, and program data; reconciles disbursements and expenditures; identifies fund-flow risks and evidence gaps; develops analytical tools and dashboards; and supervises and trains analysts and verification team members. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of relevant experience, strong data-analysis and Excel skills, and the ability to travel within Uganda as needed.
