Description
Beltrami County is hiring a full-time, benefited Public Health Nurse to provide public health nursing services including WIC, maternal and child health home visiting, clinic services, case management, care coordination, immunizations, screenings, and health education. The role performs assessments, develops care plans, coordinates with physicians and service providers, and works under limited supervision of the Public Health Program Manager. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in nursing with Minnesota Public Health Nurse certification or eligibility to complete it within six months, at least three years of nursing experience including one year of home and community-based experience, and a valid Minnesota driver's license. The preferred hiring salary range is $37.00 to $40.42 per hour, with a full range of $37.00 to $46.87 per hour.
