Description
The Public Health Program Director will serve as a Parents as Teachers Evidence-Based Home Visiting Model Consultant, supporting the quality, implementation, and continuous improvement of TDH-funded Parents as Teachers programs across Tennessee. The role provides consultation and technical assistance to local grantees, conducts quality-assurance visits, facilitates professional development, supports grant and program activities, and partners with state and national stakeholders. It is an eight-month W2 hybrid position in Nashville, Tennessee, requiring a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, professional experience in maternal and/or child health, and preferred experience in prevention-focused home visiting and program leadership.
