Grale is hiring a Bid & Tender Manager to identify, monitor, analyze, and respond to public procurement opportunities in Europe and potentially globally. The role involves evaluating tender requirements, preparing structured and competitive bids, supporting ESPD and other mandatory documentation, conducting market analyses, and sharing insights with the team. The position requires experience in public procurement and B2G sales, strong knowledge of LOU and EU procurement law, Swedish and English communication skills, and familiarity with procurement systems. It is based in a modern office in central Stockholm and includes a wellness contribution, gym access, team activities, and daily breakfast.
