Public Works Inspector at 4LEAF, Inc.

4LEAF, Inc. is hiring a Civil Infrastructure and Public Works Construction Inspector to inspect and document construction activities, review plans and specifications, coordinate materials testing and surveying, review pay estimates, maintain red-lined drawings, report discrepancies, and develop punch lists for roadway, earthwork, grading, underground utilities, retaining wall, and traffic signalization projects. The role requires five years of public works inspection experience, knowledge of Caltrans' Local Assistance Procedures Manual, prior experience with state- and federally-funded projects, a driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in adverse conditions. It is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday, eight-hour on-the-road position with weekends as needed, paying $75 to $85 per hour and offering health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid-time-off benefits.
