L Squared Engineering is seeking a Public Works Engineer to plan and design water and wastewater systems, perform engineering assignments for municipal, residential, and commercial developments, lead project teams, manage project quality and finances, participate in public meetings, and supervise engineers, designers, and technicians. The role requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, Texas Registered PE status, project management experience, and at least five years of public-works experience with water and sewer projects.
