CrazyLabs is hiring a Publishing Team Lead – Product & Growth to lead a small team of Publishing Managers and help turn promising mobile games into stronger, scalable products. The role combines people management, product strategy, publishing, portfolio ownership, KPI analysis, data-driven product iteration, A/B testing, and collaboration with analytics, user acquisition, creative, QA, and product teams. It requires at least five years of mobile gaming experience, leadership or mentoring experience, and familiarity with F2P KPIs, economy, progression, content pacing, level design, and external studios.
