The role monitors flock health, housing, ventilation, biosecurity, bird weights, feed, vaccinations, service crews, serum collection, and environmental sampling; it also coordinates with contract growers and supports performance reporting. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant agricultural or animal science field and poultry production experience are preferred, along with Microsoft Office proficiency, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
