The Pulmonary Function Technician at Norwalk Hospital Association performs pulmonary function testing and related reporting, quality assurance, continuous quality improvement, staff training, equipment and supply management, procedure and policy evaluation, point-of-care arterial blood gas support, and pulmonary medicine administrative and environmental duties. The role requires CPFT certification, Connecticut respiratory care licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, with RPFT registration preferred or listed as a required credential elsewhere in the posting.
