Description
The University of Chicago Medicine is hiring a part-time Pulmonary Hypertension Program Coordinator, a registered nurse who coordinates patient-centered clinical care, medication authorization and enrollment, prostacyclin therapy support, patient education, diagnostic scheduling, registry maintenance, program logistics, educational programming, learning-management activities, and administrative support. The role is based in the greater Chicagoland area, requires onsite work two days per week with rotational remote work, and supports the Heart & Vascular Admin unit.
