Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Pulp Area Operating Superintendent to lead pulp mill operations in Toledo, Oregon. The role oversees safety, environmental compliance, reliability, production, quality, cost, employee development, outage execution, continuous improvement, budgets, and capital projects across fiberline, woodyard, digester, bleach plant, recausticizing, lime kiln, evaporator, and by-product systems. Candidates need at least seven years of experience in pulp and paper, manufacturing, industrial, or military environments, plus three years of leadership or operations management experience; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and ten or more years of pulp mill operations experience are preferred.
