PCA is hiring a Pulp Mill Asst. Superintendent for its Valdosta, Georgia paper mill. The role leads safety, operations, quality, cost management, human resources, maintenance, contractors, and capital projects for a recovery boiler, package boilers, combination fuel boilers, evaporators, concentrators, a steam turbine generator, wastewater treatment, and auxiliary equipment. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education and experience, 5–10 years of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, and AutoCAD. Starting compensation is $85,000–$125,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
