The Pump Hand assists the pump installer with water well pump assembly, disassembly, installation, welding, cutting, equipment maintenance, vehicle operation, site cleanup, and safety compliance. The role requires at least two years of experience, a good driving record, willingness to travel, and successful completion of a pre-employment physical, drug screen, background check, and functional employment assessment.
