Description
The Pump Manager will oversee water well service projects, diagnose and troubleshoot well and pump equipment, install and maintain line shaft and submersible turbine pumps, coordinate with suppliers, supervise staff, manage schedules and records, and handle customer inquiries. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of industry experience, well-rehabilitation experience, and a good driving record; welding, electrical, construction, Microsoft Office, and CDL experience are helpful.
