The Pump Technician repairs, assembles, and disassembles downhole pumps; builds well files, prepares reports, tracks trends, remediates chronic failures, forecasts parts usage, and coordinates with suppliers. The role requires mechanical and mathematical knowledge, pumping-well experience, analytical and communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently at customer locations.
