The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience with manual and punch press machines, blueprint-reading and precision-measuring skills, and the ability to work independently and follow safety procedures. The available shift is 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed, and the starting estimated hourly base pay is $23.25.
