Essel is hiring HVAC Service Technicians to install, inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial heating, air-conditioning, and ventilation systems. The role includes responding to service calls, documenting repairs, educating customers, and following safety procedures. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, 5–20 years of HVAC or related experience, valid certification or licensing where applicable, strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
