Molex is hiring a Purchase Lead in El Salto, Jalisco to lead and direct the purchasing organization, manage supply risks and shortages, support supplier relationships, maintain procurement transactions, and drive cross-functional alignment, strategic sourcing, cost stewardship, and continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of leadership experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, conversational English, supplier and cross-functional team management experience, and SAP or ERP experience; automotive electronics manufacturing experience is preferred.
