Description
The Purchase Manager will develop and optimize the purchasing department, negotiate with suppliers, manage commercial agreements and supplier relationships, oversee fleet management and purchasing and investment budgets, conduct market research, and monitor KPIs. The role advises senior management and requires a bachelor's or master's degree, at least five years of relevant purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience, fluency in Dutch, French, and English, and strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
