Description
The Purchasing and Inventory Specialist manages purchase orders for multiple suppliers, reviews reorder reports, determines quantities, confirms and updates orders in the AS400–Kerridge system, tracks foreign and domestic lead times, follows up on back-ordered items, verifies received orders, and coordinates with factories and the sales team to maintain adequate material stock. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, multitasking and problem-solving abilities, and experience with the AS400–Kerridge system; it is full-time with overtime as needed and includes medical, dental, vision, and other insurance benefits.
