Ingka Procurement is hiring a Purchasing Manager to lead indirect procurement, sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, and strategic procurement across Finland and Norway, with the position based in the IKEA Espoo service office. The role requires strong English, Finnish, and Swedish communication skills, procurement and supplier-management experience, negotiation and stakeholder-management ability, SAP Ariba knowledge, and familiarity with IKEA’s business model and culture. It is a permanent, full-time position starting at €3,940 per month, with applications accepted until 4 October 2026.
