Description
The Food and Beverage Inventory Associate calculates food inventory, orders, and costs; maintains records, invoices, requisition forms, and inventory reports; conducts inventory audits; monitors PAR levels; receives and processes deliveries; and troubleshoots vendor issues. The role also requires adherence to food safety and handling policies, accident reporting, safety training, and completion of company procedures. A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and at least one year of related work experience are preferred, while no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
