The role involves requesting quotations, negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers, reviewing construction plans and technical documentation, managing suppliers and purchase orders, monitoring delivery schedules and budgets, and contributing to material-selection optimization. Candidates should have a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent relevant experience, construction-sector purchasing experience, knowledge of construction techniques and subcontracting, strong negotiation and analytical skills, excellent communication, and fluency with MS Office; ERP knowledge is an asset.
