Description
The Purchasing Agent will own purchasing for the Bath organization, including MRO and shipping supplies, supplier evaluation, bid qualification, negotiation, purchase-order management, delivery monitoring, inventory and Kanban stocking, supplier issue resolution, cost-reduction analysis, and NetSuite reporting. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Business, and 3–5 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing, along with negotiation, commodities, computer, communication, and analytical skills. Compensation is $60,000 or more based on experience, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and life insurance benefits.
