Description
The Food and Beverage Inventory Associate calculates food inventory, orders, and costs; maintains records, invoices, requisition forms, and inventory reports; conducts audits; monitors PAR levels; receives and processes deliveries; and troubleshoots vendor issues. The role also follows food safety and handling policies, reports safety concerns, completes required training, and performs physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related work experience are preferred, while no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
