PCA is hiring a Purchasing Agent for its Riverville Paper Mill in Gladstone, Virginia. The role purchases materials, equipment, supplies, and services; processes requisitions and quotations; negotiates with vendors; manages purchase orders, contracts, inventory, and supplier performance; and supports mill operations and cost savings. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent procurement experience, strong project management and negotiation skills, knowledge of purchasing software, five years of industrial or manufacturing purchasing experience, and CPSM, CSCP, or CSCM certification. The starting salary is $78,000–$98,000, with medical, dental, vision, paid leave, holidays, and retirement benefits.
