RH is hiring a Purchasing Specialist to support its Dennis & Leen/Formations luxury furniture finishing and custom manufacturing facility in Torrance, California. The role sources domestic and international inventory, raw materials, hardware, finishes, and operational supplies; evaluates bids and negotiates pricing and delivery terms; manages purchase orders and logistics; reconciles inventory in Odoo ERP; maintains item master records; and supports export control, customs classifications, and import-export compliance. The position requires at least five years of procurement, supply chain, or purchasing experience, Odoo and Microsoft Excel proficiency, vendor relationship management, and the ability to work in a furniture-finishing shop and warehouse.
