Description
The HVAC Procurement Specialist advises project teams on HVAC equipment, subcontractors, and mechanical and plumbing construction materials; reviews vendor quotes, submittals, drawings, and specifications; prepares material purchase orders and subcontract documents; manages supplier relationships and performance reviews; identifies bundling and rebate opportunities; and supports continuous improvement and process documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of project-based procurement experience, strong MS Office and computer skills, and the ability to interpret construction documentation and resolve procurement issues.
