The role includes planning and forecasting ingredient and raw-material needs, analyzing stock usage and lead times, sourcing new suppliers and ingredients, managing inventories and deliveries, coordinating direct shipments, pursuing freight savings, solving supply-chain problems, and implementing new systems or standards. The candidate should be reliable, organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and proficient with Windows-based software.
