The expertum Group is recruiting a Purchasing and Order Management Specialist for a permanent, full-time position with a mid-sized industrial client in the Lake Constance region. The role supports procurement from quotations and supplier preselection through delivery monitoring, coordinates suppliers and internal departments, places and follows up on orders, uses IT systems to procure components, and manages supplier-related processes including claims, reminders, invoices, order confirmations, and certificate documentation. Candidates should have commercial or technical business training, a bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification, and demonstrate reliability and teamwork skills.
