Startkraft is hiring a Purchasing & Quality specialist for its plant-based food production in Beetzendorf, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. The role covers purchasing raw materials and supplier terms, supporting new plant-based food development, quality assurance and quality management, and improving production workflows. Candidates should have food technology, oecotrophology, or comparable training, QA/QM experience, microbiology knowledge, and strong familiarity with AI tools and digital working methods. The position offers 30–40 hours per week, no home office, and a start date of 1 February 2026, with earlier start dates welcome.
