The Purchasing Assistant supports the Purchasing Department by handling requests from Volkswagen Trucks and Buses dealerships, checking parts availability and pricing, placing purchase orders, conducting stock counts and inventories, executing IPPR processes, updating parts selling prices, and maintaining department records. The role requires a high school education, basic computer knowledge, teamwork, and the ability to handle varied demands.
