Description
The role supports the Purchasing Manager in day-to-day procurement operations, including placing orders, processing requisitions, sourcing quotes, negotiating with suppliers, managing key supply agreements, monitoring KPIs, expediting shipments, handling quality-related supplier notifications and non-conformance issues, and assisting with ERP system integration and reporting. The position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, experience in a manufacturing environment, and essential experience with the Syteline MRP system; a relevant degree or at least five years of purchasing experience is required, with CIPS and medical device/ISO13485 knowledge preferred.
