Description
The Purchasing Agent works within the Purchasing department to support construction project procurement by building trade contractor relationships, issuing and managing RFPs, negotiating construction scopes, drafting contracts and purchase orders, and supporting subcontractor outreach and project teams. The role is fully in-office at the Seattle Main Office and pays $80,000-$90,000. A high school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in a construction-related field, business administration, or equivalent experience are required, while at least two years of purchasing experience is preferred.
