Description
The Global Commodity Sourcing Manager directs spend and sourcing activities for a designated commodity category, evaluates North American opportunities, manages client contracts, analyzes quotes and total landed costs, develops sourcing strategies, and negotiates supplier terms. The role also monitors supplier performance, leads cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives, and reports savings and compliance metrics. It requires a business, supply chain, purchasing, engineering, or manufacturing degree, 3–5 years of procurement experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel approximately 10%.
