Description
The Purchasing Buyer will lead strategic sourcing and supplier engagement across global markets, developing sourcing strategies, negotiating commercial and contractual agreements, qualifying suppliers, driving cost reduction and value engineering, and managing supply-chain risk. The role requires strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, composite materials, manufacturing technologies, and complex assemblies, along with cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering, business, or supply-chain field and 5–7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or business development are required.
