Description
The Purchasing and Sourcing Manager is responsible for material purchasing and inventory optimization, supplier management, new supplier sourcing, administrative and compliance duties, and special assignments. The role manages MRP and purchase orders in SAP, ensures timely delivery of materials and MRO items in Shenzhen, handles payments and shortages, evaluates supplier performance, and seeks new suppliers for cost, quality, localization, or supply-security improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in science, technology, or economics, at least two years of overseas purchasing and sourcing experience in a manufacturing environment, problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with networked PC systems.
