Description
The HVAC VAVE Purchasing Manager leads technical cost-down projects across the HVAC product lifecycle, coordinating value analysis, cost modeling, supplier engagement, design-to-cost activities, NPI changes, and cross-functional workshops. The role manages project plans, savings realization, risks, supplier development, compliance, and stakeholder reporting, and requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or an equivalent technical background plus at least five years of VAVE purchasing and project purchasing experience.
